How much are you worth? Equity Charter School in New York believes that teachers are worth $125,000.00 per year. Ok, I read the NY Times article and thought, how can this be sustainable? Will this experiment work? The idea seems great. I can’t wait to hear about this school as it matures. This really lends itself to some interesting philosophical debates. You should check out the article.
